While we would love to meet with you, it’s not usually necessary. We have happy customers all over the country whom we’ve never met with face to face. Most of our communications are easily done via email and over the phone. With that being said, we love meeting with local clients if it’s helpful.

Once we know your goals and have received all the items needed from you to build your website, a first draft is usually presented to you within a week or two for basic sites, or within 3 weeks for more complex sites.

Before we begin, we’ll give you an estimated timeline for your project based on it’s complexity and our current work load. Everything is documented in a detailed contract so you know exactly what to expect and there are no surprises down the road.

Much of the turnaround time is dependent upon client responsiveness and participation. We urge you to contact us AFTER you are ready to have this project on your front burner for the best results.

Yes. We will build your site at a temporary domain name, then redirect your name to point to the new site when it’s complete. All you need to know is your username & password for your domain company – we do the rest!

A lot of that depends on your needs and goals. We determine which website builder is best for you during our first discussions. It depends on what your top priorities are – ease of use, design flexibility, SEO, eCommerce features, customer support… Typically we build our customer’s sites in WordPress, but we’ve learned through the years that there is not always one perfect answer for everyone. We are experts in several options so we can truly offer the best solution for your specific needs.

Yes. Each project usually includes up to 60 minutes of personalized online training to make sure you feel comfortable updating the content on your website if you’d like to do that on your own. However, if you’d like to have us do it for you instead, we offer low hourly pricing to do that too. That way you can rest assured that every image is optimized, updates are made quickly and your design continuity is unbroken.

Yes. Your website content and images will resize automatically to fit the screen size they are being viewed on with specialized menus for mobile devices. Also, we only use mobile compatible technology – never programming like Flash that is not visible from mobile devices.

Yes, every project includes basic SEO, but advanced SEO services with research and reporting is available if desired (and typically this is what customer’s request). We stay updated on Google’s ever-changing search engine ranking factors so you don’t have to!

Basic SEO includes SEO-friendly page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags and content tweeking for every page based on the keyword list you provide.

Advanced SEO services include our team researching ideal keywords with reporting, competitor SEO analysis, and ranking reports. Then we get that final list and plan approved by you. Monthly SEO services are available too for ongoing adjustments, analytics analysis, back linking, and Google review campaigns.

Note: Google makes changes to their search algorithm frequently, so if your site is more than a year old, we highly recommend taking a look at your SEO programming to make sure it’s still updated.

There is a one time design fee that usually ranges from $1000 – $5000+ depending upon the intricacy of the design, features, and the number of pages of content we build initially. Most basic sites are $2000 – $3000, but ecommerce sites are much more.

Then there is an ongoing service/hosting fee paid directly to the hosting service we use that usually ranges from $100 – $440 annually depending on the services needed.
